Terms and Conditions

 

If delivery is attempted to a customer and they are not available then a failed delivery charge will be added to the customers invoice.

 

If a customer does not collect their ironing at the arranged time then a failed collection charge may be added to a customers invoice.

 

Payment is cash on collection or bank transfer before the items have been collected.  A fully itemised receipt will be provided.

 

All items will be folded unless hangers have been provided by the customer

 

If creases remain in a customers items after they have been ironed by us this will be because the items have been stored incorrectly by the customer or dried out too much i.e tumble dried.  We will always try our best to remove creases however it is not always possible in severely creased items.  In this event we will let the customer know upon collection of their items. No refund will be issued.

 

All ironing items given to The Great Little Ironing Company by the customer must be in a clean washed condition. We do not wash items.  Should unwashed items be given to us these will not be ironed.

In the unlikely event a customers item is damaged a maximum compensation amount of £50 per item can be paid subject to age, condition, current value of item and amount of damage caused.  If any items are noticed as already being damaged before we have ironed them we will contact the customer to ensure they are aware and ask if they would still like the item ironed.
